HISTORY OF NHL TRADES

Blogs are a great place to start something special about things you are passionate about.
They can also be a lot of work, and over time many people just don't see the benefit of updating their content anymore.
This blog is a great idea, laying out the NHL trades through history. But they stopped in 2010, probably just didn't have the time or desire to keep updating it.

Bird Lovers Only Rescue

With the simplicity of setting up a website and posting, blogs make an easy choice for people doing things like staring up new ideas, business ventures or charitable endeavors.

This blog ran for a good 4 years, trying to help rescue birds.
Maybe they'll start up again some day.

This person made a huge subwoofer designed just like a Rubik's cube. Pretty awesome DIY project if you ask me!

THE BOOK DESIGN REVIEW

When it's time for the curtain call, some people have enough respect to bow out gracefully.
This blog author published over 1,000 posts over five years, and when it just didn't feel right anymore he shut it down with a sign off post. Pretty good way to go.
