Schoolovision 2012

Blogs are so easy to make, sometimes people start a new blog every year, instead of using an archive.
Even though this individual blog is technically abandoned, the project is still going on. They set up a new website every year, schoolovision 2013, schoolovision 2014, etc.
These schools record a song together and have a contest over who is the best in Europe.

CovEndNote

Since blogs are free, easy to set up and easy to link, search and archive it's a easy solution for someone who wants to set up a helpdesk knowledge base.

CovEndNote is a help documentation blog for users working with the EndNote software at Coventry University in the UK.
Eventually Coventry stopped supporting the software, so the blog was ended, with a nice clear last post.

Nice to see the blogs that actually end on purpose versus just fade away and are forgotten.

SPANISH FORK CLASS OF 2004

Some blogs are merely placeholders, or areas to gather people together in a space on the internet.

Looks like this blog was a gathering place to get alumni from a specific high school all to share info with each other.
There are eleven other blogs of the same ilk, all set up for their individual graduation year.

Odds are these people all found each other, then ended up on facebook or somewhere else and left the blog in the empty internet space.
