Not sure why this blogger quit her thing, she had five other blogs that also seem to be abandoned, but all were well done.

Survivor Thoughts from Iowa

TV show blogs are always fun, because they usually start off really exciting, full of emotion as the blogger lets out all their most and least favorite things about the show.
Then eventually the excitement fades, they run out of things to say and inevitably the blog posting falls away.

When I'm looking for an orphaned blog, I have to say that for every orphaned one I find, there are 10 to 100 that are alive and running.

Searching in the sci-fi genre there are piles and piles of geeks still going strong with blogs.

Some of the orphaned blogs you find out there are really put together and it's clear someone spent a lot of time on them, but then let them go unused for over 2 years.

From Endless Summers to New York City.

Some bloggers take years before they start to fade away, while others simply disappear abruptly after a few months.
This blog was a nice look at some different graphic designs.
The author posted about once a week for four months, then stopped and hasn't returned in 5 years.
Really makes you wonder, did something happen to the person, did they simply decide to stop posting or did they just forget?
